Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 27-04-2018 made in Crl.O.P.No.12423 of 2018 that to petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The above petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.12423/2018 dated 27.04.2018.

2. Having regard to the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioners, as on date, are complying with the conditions imposed, the petition is ordered and the conditions are relaxed.
