PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioner (Lalitha Sivaraman) and the petitioner's grand daughter Shwetha, D/o.Ramnath are sole legal heirs and issue certificate by the 2nd respondent the Tahsildar, Coimbatore South, Coimbatore District by considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 19.11.2020 by the 2nd respondent within the time to be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, legal heirship certificate has been issued.

Since the legal heirship certificate has been issued, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
