C.M.P.Nos.13932, 13933 & 13934 of 2022 C.M.P.Nos.13932, 13933 & 13934 of 2022 in S.A.No.64 of 2006 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., C.M.P.No.13932 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 690 days in filing the petition seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th appellant namely R.Rajasekaran.

2. C.M.P.No.13933 of 2022 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 4th appellant namely R.Rajasekaran.

3. C.M.P.No.13934 of 2022 has been filed to bring the petitioners 1 and 2/proposed appellants 8 and 9 as legal heirs of the deceased 4th appellant R.Rajasekaran and rank them as appellants 8 and 9 in the above Second Appeal.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in C.M.P.Nos.13932, 13933 & 13934 of 2022 are ordered.
