This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation of the FIR in Crime No.309 of 2022 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other investigating agency. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and a closure report was filed as mistake of fact before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Thirupathur and the RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant in RCS No.82 of 2022.

In view of the above development, it is left open to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the concerned Court and work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
