No.110 of 2016 dated 25/01/2021 passed by the Learned V Addl.Family Court Judge, Chennai pending disposal of the above CRL.R.C.NO.768 of 2021 IN CRL.MP.NO.11599/2021.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.R.C.NO.768 of 2021 On the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.POOVANALINGAM Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.K.S.KUMAR for M/S.K.M.VALSALA KUMARI Advocate for Respondents the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through Video conference) This Court, on the undertaking given by the petitioner that he was prepared to deposit rupees Ten lakhs to the credit of M.C.No.110 of 2016, had granted an order of interim stay and the petitioner was directed to deposit the amount within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 05.01.2022, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the copy of the order was received on 21.12.
2021 and the period of three weeks gets over on 11.01.2022 and that the petitioner was taking steps to deposit the amount on or before 11.01.2022 and thereby, the matter listed today.

2. Today, it is represented by the learned counsel that the amount has not been deposited. In view of the same, the stay application stands dismissed.
