ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Habeas corpus petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed by the second respondent against the detenue - Gobi S/o. Govindaraj in C.M.P.No/61/Goonda/Salem City/2016 dated 09.08.2016.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the impugned order of detention has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.4664, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 28.09.2016.
