This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioners and to act in an impartial manner in the civil matter when the civil suit in O.S.No.54 of 2016 is pending before the Addl. Sub-Court, Chengalpattu.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

continuous dispute between the petitioner and Thilagaraj and that on the complaint of Thilagaraj, a case in Crime No.339 of 2016 has been registered against one Ragu, the husband of the 1st petitioner. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the petition enquiry is pending in CSR Nos.412/2016, 456/2016, 457/2016, 411/2016 and 312/2016.

4. In view of the above, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner.
