This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.08 of 2023 for the offence under Section 376 (2) (f), 376 (2) (i), 376 (2) (n) of I.P.C. and Sections 5 (j) (ii) and 5 (l) r/w 6 (l) of POCSO Act, pending on the file of the respondent Police.
2.It is the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation that petitioner had sexual relationship with the victim girl and make her pregnant is not correct. Petitioner is working in a jail department. He is in judicial custody from 10.06.2023. Thus, this petition is filed for seeking bail.
3.In response, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner had forcible sexual relationship with the victim girl and made her pregnant. He also threatened her and had sexual relationship multiple times. Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement was recorded and she reiterated the allegations made against the petitioner.

5.Section 164 Cr.P.C. statement of victim girl shows that petitioner had forcible sexual relationship with the victim girl. When she told him that she would inform the incident to her parents, he threatened that he would spoil her brothers education using his position as Police. He had sexual relationship with her three times.
