ORDER
The matter is taken up through Web hearing.
This Writ petition is filed as against the order rejecting water service connection to the petitioners residence by stating that civil suit is pending in O.S.No.276/2020.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Dig Vijay Pandian, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the water service connection has been effected to both the petitioners' residence.
3. However, Mr.Umapathi, learned counsel for the petitioner disputed the same stating that though service connection has been effected, there is no water supply in the service connection to the first petitioner's house.
4. Mr.Dig Vijay Pandiian, learned Additional Government Pleader strongly objected to the same by relying on the instructions provided to him and also filed photographs to that effect.
5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is of the view that the prayer sought for by the petitioners has been granted and hence, no further order is required in this writ petition.
6. Therefore, recording the statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
