The petitioner filed Crl.M.P.No.6424/2023 in the present criminal revision seeking suspension of sentence and this Court vide orders dated 01.06.2023 suspended the sentence passed by the trial Court on the condition that the present petitioner should surrender before the Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Tiruvannamalai District within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing an own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-.

2.The present petition is filed to extend the time to surrender before the Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level), Tiruvannamalai District. 3.Mr.T.Shanmugam, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he could not get a copy of the order passed by this Court on time and therefore, he sought for extension of time.

4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and therefore, two weeks time is granted from today to surrender before the concerned Magistrate. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
