Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the third respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.1222/2020/A3 dated 07.10.2020 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to restore the pay of the petitioner in the scale of pay of Rs.5,200/- -

Rs.20,200/- + Grade Pay of Rs.1,900/- notionally with effect from 01.01.2006 and with monetary benefits from 01.08.2010 and further direct the respondents to repay the recovery amount of Rs.2,68,350/-.

Appearing on behalf of the first to third and fifth respondents, the learned Government Advocate submits that appropriate orders will be passed by the third respondent on the representation dated 02.06.2021 of the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed at the time of admission by directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated 02.06.2021 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
