The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.07.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of IPC in crime No.168 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with the other accused persons had committed robbery to the tune of Rs.20,00,000/-. Hence, the case.
3. There are totally 9 accused, in which the petitioners are arrayed as A7 and A4. They attacked the de-facto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.20,00,000/-. Even till today, no recovery is made from the accused persons. That apart, the petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody only on 26.07.2022.
