ORDER

The contempt petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.11813 of 2023. dated 19.04.2024, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. To substantiate, the same, the calculation memo has also been placed before this Court. The learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent submitted that their share of the amounts due and payable to the petitioner has also been paid and the payments details were also placed before this Court. 3.Recording the above, this contempt petition is closed. 18.10.2024 Index: Yes/No KP
