PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Vellore to dispose O.S.No.143/2013 filed under Order 7 Rule 1, u/s.26 of CPC within a time limit has fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 27.08.2019, this Court directed the learned Sub Court, Vellore to complete the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. This Court has received a communication from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Vellore, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 27.08.2019 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition. The learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within time.

3. Therefore, time is extended by six months from today to comply with the order dated 27.08.2019 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition.
