ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdrawn the Writ Petition to file an appropriate Suit before the Competent Civil Court, as against the private respondents, who made wrong entry in Survey No.131/1.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate Suit before the Competent Civil Court. No costs.
