ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2020 and to send proposal to Accountant General, Tamilnadu, Chennai for sanction and pay the Family pension and retirement benefits of petitioner's deceased husband provided under law to the petitioner with interest within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Tax) appearing for the respondents that the family pension and retirement benefits of the petitioner's deceased husband have been disbursed to the petitioner.

3. Since the petitioner's grievance is redressed, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
