Crl.OP.No.16561 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.16561 of 2023 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN.J., The petitioner namely Nitesh Kumar who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 381, 414 of IPC in Crime No.187 of 2022 on the file of the respondent seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioner is not shown as accused in this case and he is only a witness to this case.

3. In the light of the submission of the learned Government (Crl. Side) that, petitioner is not an accused in this case, this Court is of the view that, there is no need to pass any order in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 28.07.2023 Sma G.CHANDRASEKHARAN. J.
