PANKAJAM (AMENDED AS PER ORDER IN IA NO.84/2016), Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of interim injunction against the respondents restraining the respondents, their men, agents or anyone claiming under them from in anyway encumbering and/or alienating the petition schedule properties which is the subject matter in O.S.542/2014 on the file of the First Additional District Court, Coimbatore, (In CMP.NO.16740/2019) pending disposal of the above AS.NO.555/2019.
