ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to measure the petitioner land at Thiruvannamalai Main Road, A.Pandalam (po), Pandalam Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, in bearing survey No.86/1 0.05 1⁄2 cent in Transacted area 0.11 cents and registered document No.949 of 2008 at Sankarapuram Sub Registrar Office, Application No.20210827403463 dated 27.08.2021 on the basis of the petitioner representation to the respondents on 29.09.2021.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner submitted application to survey his property owned by him in survey No.86/1 - 0.05 1⁄2 cent in Transacted area 0.011 hectares and registered document No.949 of 2008 at Sankarapuram Sub Registrar Office. He also paid requisite fees before the second respondent at the time of submitting the application.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to survey the petitioner's property comprised in survey No.86/1 - 0.05 1⁄2 cent in Transacted area 0.011 hectares as per sale deed dated 10.03.2008 registered vide document No.949 of 2008 at Sankarapuram Sub Registrar Office after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and complete the survey within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
