Shri Anitha R.Radhakrishnan v. The Directorate Of Enforcement,
WMP. No.20781 of 2022 in W.P.No.16467 of 2022 WMP. No.20781 of 2022 in W.P.No.16467 of 2022 S.VAIDYANATHAN, J. and A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.
This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to clarify the order passed in W.P.No.16467 of 2022 and WMP.No.15749 of 2022 dated 04.08.2022 received on 16.08.2022.
2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that though this Court on 04.08.2022 observed that no coercive measures shall be taken till 09.09.2022, the same is not reflected in the order dated 04.08.2022 passed in W.P.No.16467 of 2022 and WMP.No.15749 of 2022 and hence seeks clarification of the said order.
2. On 04.08.2022, we have posed a question to the learned Additional Solicitor General whether there could be stopping of any coercive action for which he submitted that it is not possible, moreso in PMLA cases. While dictating the order, we have not passed any order with regard to stopping of coercive action and therefore there is no need to clarify the aforesaid order.
3. In view of the same, this Petition stands closed.
