This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.17245 of 2022 on 25.07.2022 as that the petitioner to report before the Inspector of Police, Perambalur Police Station, Perambalur District instead of that the petitioner shall stay at Sriperumbudur and report before the Inspector of Police, Sunguvarchatram Police Station twice daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of four weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition as imposed by this Court.
