This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 19 days in preferring the criminal appeal as against the Judgement of conviction dated 31.01.2025 passed in Spl. S.C.No.52 of 2018 by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC & ST (POA) Act, Villupuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 19 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
