PRAYER:

Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondents, especially the third respondent relating to his proceedings made in C.No.P.R.58/2005 dated 03.04.2006 as confirmed by the second respondent pursuant to his proceedings made in C.No.P.R.58/2005 dated 03.04.2006 as confirmed by the second respondent pursuant to his proceedings made in C.No.A2/Appeal 7/2006 dted 22.05.2006 and modified by the first respondent pursuant to his proceedings made in K.Dis.No.AP-3(1)/ 150390/2006 dated 25.02.2007 alongwith the demotion order made in Na.Ka.No.A1/14172/2005 dated 22.04.

2006 by the third respondent and quash the same and consequentially to direct the respondents especially the third respondent to promote the petitioner as 'Naik'on the strength of passing in I Class operator test for Police Tele Communication Branch arraying of his name as Rank-3 with effect from 27.12.2006 with all attendant benefits apart from restoring his out of seniority promotion as "Havildhar" for the disbursement of monetary benefits till date of his regular promotion as 'Naik', as made in the case of other disbursing him the difference in the scale of pay in the cadre of 'Havildhar'.

ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondents, especially the third respondent relating to his proceedings made in C.No.P.R.58/2005 dated 03.04.2006, confirmed by the second respondent in C.No.P.R.58/2005 dated 03.04.2006, confirmed by the second respondent in C.No.A2/Appeal 7/2006 dted 22.05.2006 and modified by the first respondent in K.Dis.No.AP-3 (1)/150390/2006 dated 25.02.2007 alongwith the demotion order made in Na.Ka.No.A1/14172/2005 dated 22.04.2006 by the third respondent and quash the same and for consequential relief. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Writ Petition. 3.In view of the same, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
