ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 7(b) of the order dated 16.04.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 9443 of 2026, directing that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court daily at 10:30 a.m. until the completion of the trial proceedings.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has sustained a fracture and is currently undergoing treatment. Hence, he seeks relaxation of the conditions imposed by this Court

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 7(b) of the order dated 16.04.2026, passed in Crl.O.P.No.9443 of 2026, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
