2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioner and on being satisfied with the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition seeking restoration of Crl.O.P.No.18472 of 2022 to file is allowed.

4. Accordingly, Crl.O.P.No.18472 of 2022 is restored to file.
