2. Heard both sides. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for allowing the prayer.
3. For the reasons stated in the affidavit, this writ miscellaneous petition stands allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and list the writ petition for hearing after three weeks.
