ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the offences under Sections 341, 427, 323, 294(b), 355 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.57 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter was taken up today, the Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case had been enquired and the matter has been closed as "mistake of fact" and the final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Dharapuram and RCS Notice No.8 of 2018 also been served on the defacto complainant.
3. Since the case has been referred as "mistake of fact", there is no apprehension of arrest. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
