Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein in their proceedings, appeal and Review Department, A & R/63 dated 1.11.2002 and quash the same and further directing the respondent bank to reinstate the petitioner with full back-wages and other benefits accrued thereon.
