2. Despite service of notice, there is no representation on the side of the respondents.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants would submit that due to administrative reason, the said delay is caused.
4. On perusal of the paragraph 9 of support affidavit, the reason for the delay is explained as, due to the administrative reason and transfer of officers, delay has been caused. Therefore, the delay is not deliberate or gross negligence of the petitioners/appellants. Therefore, we deem it appropriate to condone the above said delay.
