This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.975 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent police and to file final report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has been conducted and the final report has been filed before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and same is taken up on file in C.C.No.4145 of 2021. He would further submit that the respondent police is not harassing the petitioner. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
