For Petitioners : M/s.S.Suseela Devi For Respondents : Mr.E.Raj Thilak, Additional Public Prosecutor for R1 : Mr.M.Vinoth for R2 COMMON O R D E R This petitions have been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime Nos.248 and 250 of 2022 respectively registered by the first respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 354 and 506(2) of IPC as against the petitioners. 2/4

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police would submit that already investigation has been completed in both FIR Numbers.248 and 250 of 2022 and filed a final reports on 02.09.2022 and 03.09.2022 respectively before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali. Therefore, the prayer sought for, in these petitions have become infructuous.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
