This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to expedite the proceedings in Na. Ka. No.5091/2024/J2 dated 06.06.2024 initiated on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.09.2020 to remove the wrong entries in the revenue records related to the property comprised in S. No.55 measuring an extent of 6.76 acres situated at Pethakoolu Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that now the proceedings have been commenced and the petitioner has also appeared before the District Revenue Officer. In such view of the matter, let the first respondent expedite the proceedings and pass an order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Page 2/4

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs.
