Mr. M. Sankar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer under section 12 of the Patta Pass Book Act.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner, to challenge the order passed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3rd respondent before the 2nd respondent under section 12 of the Patta Pass Book Act and in the event of the petitioner filing an appeal within a period of ten days, the 2nd respondent shall consider and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
