Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to cancel the entry made in Village Register on the file of the sixth respondent in respect of the property situated at Survey No.43, Patta No.288 pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2021. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to cancel the entry made in Village Register on the file of the sixth respondent in respect of the property situated at Survey No.43, Patta No.288 pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2021.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
