The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to Court below to expedite the trial in HMOP.No.1001 of 2006.

2. In view of the limited prayer made in the revision petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same, even without service of the notice to respondent.

3. Having regard to the fact, the matrimonial proceedings is of the year 2006, this Court is inclined to direct the Court below to dispose of the HMOP.No.1001 of 2006 as expeditiously as possible.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
