This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 203 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the judgment dated 26.09.2024 made in Special S.C.No.93 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 203 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
