Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2013 consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Post Graduate Assistant (Tamil) in Madurai District.

The prayer in the writ petition is for Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2013 and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Post Graduate Assistant (Tamil) in Madurai District.

2. The petitioner's grievance is that her representation dated 02.01.2013 requesting the respondents to appoint her as a Post Graduate Assistant (Tamil) in Madurai District was not considered and kept pending. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that no reply was given for the representation, which amounts to dereliction of their ordinary duty of their office.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2013 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
