ORDER
This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.63 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent to some other agency.
2. Online fraud complaint given by the petitioner herein was duly registered by CCD-1, Chennai West for the offence under Section 420 of IPC and Section 66D of Information Technology (Amendment)At, 2008. The said investigation wing is specially constituted to investigate cyber crime. This Court finds no reason to transfer the investigation to some other agency.
