Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records from the second respondent relating to the Charge Memo bearing Ref.Memo No. DC-4/71066/2002-1 dated 30-102006 and the order of the second respondent bearing No. DC4/71066/2002-1 dated 23-11-2011, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to restore the petitioner's pay but for the punishment and consequently direct the first respondent to consider and promote the petitioner as Junior Assistant, on the date when his junior Sreeramselvam work Assistant was promoted as Junior Assistant, with monetary, consequential and attendant benefits together with interest at 12% per annum from the date of money become due.
