Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to act and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2019 for rectification of the mistakes in all the revenue records by removing the entry 'Kuttai' and issue patta for his property measuring 6 cents in old Survey No.209/14 (New S.No.437/1). O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to act upon the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2019 for rectification of the mistakes found in the revenue records, wherein, the entry made in the property in the patta of the petitioner showing it as 'kuttai'.

2. After notice, the learned Government Advocate representing for the 2nd respondent submits that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration and orders will be passed in due course.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after due enquiry preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
