ORDER

The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of HMOP.No. 221 of 2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner took me through the affidavit filed in the revision. The learned counsel would contend that both the petitioner and the respondent, namely the husband and the wife, suffer from medical conditions, and they are eager to have the HMOP disposed of at the earliest. 3.Considering the limited relief sought for in the revision, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. The Subordinate Court, Bhavani, is directed to dispose of HMOP No. 221/2023 on merits in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this CRP is disposed of.
