The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 17.10.2020 and remove 5th and 6th respondents' name in the patta in respect of the property https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

situated in S.F. No.429/6 at Karuvallur Village, Avinasi Taluk Tiruppur District.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of his representation datead 17.10.2020, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order so far.

3. Mr. E. Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the petitioner's representation has been considered by the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent had rejected th same by order dated 13.12.2020.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the remedy open to the petitioner is only to file an appeal under the provisions of the Patta Pass Book Act. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
