Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.12417 of 2018 dated 27.04.2018 as regular sureities instead of the petitioner deposit an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.67 of 2018 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THULASI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.PRABHAVATHI, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The above petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition of the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-, imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.12417/2018 dated 27.04.2018.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court on 27.04.2018. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
