ORDER

The petitioner has moved these transfer civil miscellaneous petitions seeking transfer of the cases from the file of the Family Court at Villupuram to the file of the II Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. The petitioner/husband is working in Stanley Medical College at Chennai. The respondent/wife is working at Christian Medical College at Vellore. She has initiated two proceedings at Villupuram and the husband has initiated one proceeding at Chennai.

3. Previously an application was filed to transfer the case pending in Chennai to the Family Court at Villupuram and that was dismissed on 22.06.2023. Now, the husband had moved these applications seeking transfer of cases from Villupuram to Chennai. As the respondent is undergoing her masters in medicine, it would not be appropriate to transfer the cases for the present, especially when both of them are working and one of them is undergoing her postgraduate course. Hence, I am not inclined to transfer the cases at present. Accordingly, these transfer civil miscellaneous petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
