ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) of the order dated 16.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.9394 of 2026 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para 6(b) of the order dated 16.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.9394 of 2026 that "the petitioner shall report before learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders" is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on every alternate day at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
