This petition is filed to bring on record petitioners 4 and 5 as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant and rank them as the appellants 4 and 5 in C.M.A.No.3144 of 2011.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this civil miscellaneous petition. The petitioners 4 and 5 are ordered to be brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant as appellants 4 and 5 in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and the petition in C.M.P.No.14180 of 2020 is ordered. No costs.
