The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing Head Master, P.U. Primary School, (S.No. 290601046), Thiruthuveli, Kavanur Post 603203, Kancheepuram
District, the 4th respondent to handover the Land Maps Practices Text Books, Composition Books, Note Books, corrected papers of the answer script, marks sheet, smart card, 9 performance sheet of the children, transfer certificate, declaration of results of the children who were studied in the year 2018-19.

The case of the petitioner is that she has two children namely T.K.Vaishnodevi and T.K.Shivcharan, both of them are studying in P.U.Primary School (S.No. 290601046), Thiruthuveli, Kavanur Post - 603203, Kancheepuram District in 5th standard (E.M.) and 3rd standard (E.M.) respectively in the year 20182019. Due to various reasons, she is constrained to shift her children to some other school for which the petitioner approached the District authorities. She sought for certain documents from the P.U.Primary School that are usually given by the school authorities to the students in a regular manner during the Academic Year. But, no documents were given to the petitioner so far, inspite of her repeated reminders from the beginning of the year to the end of the academic period. The following documents were sought by the Petitioner from the School;
"a) Nine (9) performance sheets of the petitioner's children.
b) Smart Card of his children.
c) Final Annual Exam April 2019 Xerox copies of his children.
d) The text books, Composition books (performance made in all three terms) or any other records during the academic year 201819 of his children to be handed over the petitioner.
f) Two transfer certificates of his children to accommodate them in different school to be issued along with the above documents."
3. However, the said documents were not given to the petitioner. Hence, she is filed the present writ petition for the aforesaid relief.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the School authorities are ready to furnish the Transfer certificates to the petitioner's children to enable them to join in other schools for continuing their studies.
5. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to furnish the Transfer certificate of the petitioner's children, so that she can produce the same while seeking admission for her children in any other school.
6. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
