ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 14.12.2022 made in W.P.No.33608 of 2022. 2.Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. In support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the Tahsildar, Gangavalli, dated 10.03.2023 along with the acknowledgment given by the petitioner himself.

3.On perusal of the same, I find that the order of this Court has been complied with and a copy of this proceeding dated 10.03.2023 also has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/4

4.In view of the aforestated facts where the order of this Court has been complied with, no further persuasive action is required in this contempt petition and hence, it is to be closed. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
