PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for their wilful and intentional disobedience to the order passed by the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No. 16676 of 2014 dated 22.12.2016.

ORDER

The learned Special Government Pleader had forwarded a proceedings dated 14.09.2023 in PR.No. 215/PR.III(1)/1998 wherein it had been finally stated as follows:- "6. Accordingly, Thiru.R.Gopinath, Ex.PC 14651 is taken back for duty with immediate effect. The Inspector of Police, "D" Company, Armed Reserve-I, Greater Chennai Police is instructed to serve a copy of this order to the delinquent under proper acknowledgement and inform the date of joining of the above said PC to this office immediately without fail.
