This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint lodged by C.Karuppan . 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that there is no case or petition pending against this petitioner in Tiruppur Rural District. However, a petition enquiry was conducted by Tiruppur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

CCB in C.No.319/DC LTO/PGP TPC and the same was closed on 30.06.2018.
